Cautions
The therapeutic effect of vitamin C to help with colds and flu, is increased when vitamin C is taken frequently. It is therefore recommended to increase the frequency (and so the dosage) of vitamin C during an infection. Excessive amounts of vitamin C may cause loose bowel motions. For best results take between meals.
